Just decided to show up at Sole Sisters regular meeing place for a Sat. run. Not sure of what their plans were. Was wanting to do about 7 miles. Ended up their plan was 4 miles then Cross Fit. So I went along. Good quick run. I really liked Cross Fit more than I thought I would. I'm gonna try to start fitting this in a couple days a week. This was a really good week for me as far as getting in some quality workouts. I want to keep the momentum going! |
