Personal:
I used to play Football/Basketball but I started running and never looked back. Desert Hills XC.
Favorite Blogs:
2 mile warm up. Vo2 the Max. Finished with 10 laps and right behind Scotty. 2 mile cool down hid golfball.
Started off at about 9 min pace but worked down to 6 min mile. It was a beautiful run, I felt great and it was a breeze ( minus digging a pickup out of the sand).
2 mile warm up. 15 min Tempo Run, 6:05 mi pace with Scotty but we went 6:02. 2 mile cooldown and then core with cap'n Banejamin. I felt great.
Trail run with road shoes is a bad idea but i needed to get them broken in.

2 mile warm up. Spring is here and the shirts came off. We had a tabatta type workout to the sounds of AC/DC. I felt great in my new virratas.
Caden, Joe, Sage and I had an awesome adventure to The Lonley Mountain. Caden goproed the run.
