2 mile warm up and man was it warm
6 hill repeats and I just got a better attitude with each one. It ended up being so fun.
4x400m progression things going from 50% to 100% real quick. They all felt good and it is important to think about my stride.

Ice bath with some of the beautiful sophomore girls and sage. so just a whole lot of sophomore girls.
Greatful for; Cranberry juice. I could drink an ice bath of cranbizzle juice everyday.
