I slept in until 7:10 and ran later but the extra hour of sleep made all the difference
For afternoon practice we had a long meeting and then warm up/calisthenics then 1 mile warm up. then 6x200m and I stayed at 33-34s. I led our 1000m and went 1:12 for the first lap and 1:19 for the second but we hit our time of 3:15.. so.. For the mile I just felt really good and focused on my Rythm. My arms are looking a lot better. The last 4x200m went really good. Joe keeps going 30ish and I want to go with him but I try to just stay with the times and save it for the Mile and stuff.. idk. I went with Joe on the last one and we got 26-27 so Im exited to see what we can do this season.
Weights (not in the weight room because we were running late ((no pun intednded)) and lost the weight room to football) and stretch.
In totally unrelated news Imagine Dragon's Smoke + Mirrors just came out and it is straight fire.
