2.5 mile warmup to Webb (thanks soccer tournement)
3x1:30sec + 3x800m + 4x40sec
I stayed up until 2:30 writing Sharon May stuff and had work in the morning. So running off of 4 hours of sleep really hurt. I was tired but not from running up mountains. We got Popscicles. (im accually writing this a few days later and I had to read Joe's because I don't really remember this workout haha) (I remember the Popsicles though).
