Tried to run but could not get into a comfortable gait without limping.  The knee is still swollen, the calf is tight and the hamstring tendons are still aggravated.  Made my way to the gym (about 1 mile) and tried to crosstrain (1 mile on the elliptical) but even that was uncomfortable.

I sure hope you're knee is better soon. I thought it was getting better? What happened to aggravate it, any idea? I'm SO sorry!!

I don't know what's going on. I'm so frustrated I could scream. Over the weekend it seemed to be doing ok, although the swelling has never totally gone away, but Monday it started to get worse again. I'm thinking I've torn a small piece of the meniscus and it keeps moving in out of the joint- but I don't know. I've tried to call the Doc but keep missing him- I'll call again tomorrow. Unfortunately I think St. George is going to be a no go for me- dang it.

I AM SO SORRY!!!! We need to get together and have a pity part, a non-running one. I did not know you were hurt, I have been a bad blogger this summer (especially after getting hurt myself, the blog depresses me so I stay away a lot). You should have come and hung out with me at Hobblecreek, we could have been sad together.

Get in to the doctor soon and fins out what is going on! I need someone to chase at the races!!!

How is school so far?

I'm sorry Michelle. I bet you are sooo frustrated. I will tell everyone "Hi" from you. We miss you too.
