went to Skyline track with Rex this morning for my first day of speed training! Warmed up for a mile then ran 12 400's with 400 recovery jog inbetween. I only clocked my speed 400's and the 12 of them averaged 7:37 pace. Feel pretty good - nice stretching afterwards, could have cooled down for a mile or two, but was ready to get going on my day!
