Another really solid workout today which helped ease the continued disappointment of not being able to run Boston yesterday. Oh well.
4x2k @ 5:08 pace which is 6:25. 3:00 was the rest interval. Did it on the Redmond HS track. Hit 6:23 the first three times and 6:24 the final time. Felt pretty "easy" and probably could have easily done two more...but that wasn't the point of the workout. Nice to finish a god workout without feeling completely wasted. |
