First workout in a while. 5M @ 5:45 + 2M @ 5:25. This was a conservative workout trying to ease me back into things without aggravating the injury.
It seemed a little too conservative. The first 5 miles were all in 5:35-5:38 with the final two miles in 5:21 and 5:17 respectively. This felt quite easy which is a good thing and perhaps an indicator that maybe I haven't lost a ton of fitness through all of this. |
