hills at sugar house. no fun. did 10 miles of hills with the Cross country team. my hip started to hurt alot. Troy told me to do a stretch where you lay down and put your leg across your body. now my hip doesn't hurt so bad!
later today:
i went for another run tonight, did the zoo loop but thought i was doing good so i kept going to the H rock. then i still thought i was doin good so i continued up the path a little ways. it started to get dark so i turned around and went down the hill to foothill. i saw Lindsai Gren there and gave her a hug and continued on my way. turned down on 13th south and got home. about 6.42 miles.
