No miles today, however I did make it to the gym tonight to lift for 40 minutes, and I had a fantastic workout. Did upper body and core. I had to burn off the pizza and cake that I ate at the Halloween party tonight.

I decided that I wanted to test out my knee tonight, so I went for 80 minutes on the TM, which is the most I have done since the marathon. My knee felt great and no soreness after, so I think I am good to go and test it on something more difficult. I'm sick of the TM.

Five Guys burger for lunch, and a Banbury Cross donut for dessert... FAT! Did 4 miles on the TM again. I will get out this weekend. This was one of the busiest weeks I have ever had. Not much time to get out and do anything. Bla.
