Weights at the gym for an hour. My legs and core were very sore from the 100, but everything loosened up after the workout.
Booty bootcamp at the gym. Too sore to run. Walked and did core and lifting.
2 very easy miles. Legs feel really good, but I have a spot on the bottom of my foot that is still sore.
Mt. Wire with Jennilyn:
First real test of my foot and legs. Slow going up, but felt pretty good. We went down the hollow and my foot didn't bother me until we got back on the BST. It is still sore.
