How are your calves today?

From Kelli on Sat, Feb 06, 2010 at 23:21:39 from 71.219.89.82

It is amazing what good that little mile will do! I always talk the women in my training group into running with me after a hard leg workout, it makes you less sore. Seems odd, but it works.

Hope you have a swell weekend.

Kelli you are a lil ball of encouragement and energy..It is refreshing..I mean not just on the blog..but look how you bring the ladies in your Training group along for the ride. :)

Smooth- My calves actually felt so much better after I did 10 miles on Sat. I have really been stretching and I think it helps a lot.

Kelli- I agree, and hope you had a great weekend :)

Missy- Yarrrrr!!

I am a little ball of encouragement----I think I need to change my blog title!

From missy on Tue, Feb 09, 2010 at 15:37:28 from 71.32.195.43

You totally should Kelli..we need to think of a super cool name for you...I will work on one for you..hehe...love making names for people..they probably find it annoying tho..

From Kelli on Tue, Feb 09, 2010 at 18:34:10 from 71.219.89.82

As long as it is a nice name, i am good with that. If it is not nice, just do not tell me, talk behind my back.
