Elliptical for 30 minutes. My legs are feeling really good, but I still have some soreness with both of my big toenails and I also have a sore spot on the top of my right foot. I noticed it getting sore at about mile 80. I think my foot was swelling and the extra pressure from the shoe on the tendon caused the pain, but I'm not sure if it is anything to be concerned about at this point. |
