Nothing exciting today. Did 3 easy miles and that's about it. I'm adding a video from my Upper Bells trip from Friday. The views were incredible, but it was so windy and COLD and we didn't stay long.

Hey Thanks Scott, I feel Welcomed! Yay! Good to know I'm not alone in Utah County...as I run by all the chapels here on Sunday, I wonder if all the people coming out think I'm sinning or something. For all they know I could be praying my entire run! :)

Holy flippin' cold! Your teeth sounded like they were chattering!! That is a great view, WOW. I love how utah county looks great then you pan over to SL County and you get to see nothing but yucky inversion.

SINNERS!!!! LOL! Well, I know a handful of LDS bloggers that run on Sundays, so unfortunately, I can't condemn you. Who am I to judge another when I walk imperfectly?

Now that song will be stuck in my head all night...

HAHA! I think most of my neighbors think I am a sinner, but that's another can of worms I probably don't want to open.
Kelli- Yeah, I also noticed the air difference between SL and Utah Counties. We couldn't see a thing in SLC.
