Dimple Dell Gully trail- Solo lunch break run.

I was meeting my dad for lunch a few minutes from the gully trail, so I figured I would go get in some miles since I would be right there. I left the ipod in the car and just had an enjoyable run. There was a cloud blocking the sun for the first mile and the weather was great, but as soon as the cloud moved on it became very hot, but it didn't bother me much. I ran 3.5 miles up and then turned around. I stopped at the bathroom to fill up my bottle and pee and then cruised in the last few miles.
