I went to sleep at 1:00 am and woke up at 6:00 to lift. I want to make sure I am tired, so that I can catch a few ZZZZZ's before our midnight start tonight. I am still debating on whether I want to take trail runners or my hikng boots. There will be a lot of good trail, but a lot of rugged terrain as well. Most of all though I am just worried about crampons on running shoes. I am leaning toward the trail runners. I'm really nervous about this, but excited too. Lifted for 35 minutes, but I didn't want to push anything. |
