Weights at the gym for an hour. It was a total downpour when got there and I waited in my car for a few minutes but it didn't let up, so I made a run for it and was soaked from head to toe. There was a couple of inched of water in the parking lot and my shoes were completely soaked as well. The gym was really humid, so the conditions were not great in there since I was already wet, but I kind of dried out after about 30 minutes, but with the sweat I never got all the way dry. I had a really good session working my upper body and core.
My legs are barely sore after my run which is very encouraging. In fact I was more sore on Sat after my run up Mt. Wire the day before. My calves are the only thing that really has any soreness. I'll still probably take it easy for a few days though. |
