I had another busy day. My wife had school, so I was running the show at home all night. haha! Then I had a work issue to resolve until almost midnight. WORST! Somehow I did manage 45 minutes of core/ab work with my ball.

I agree. My kids were actually really good though, so it wasn't bad.

I am trying not to lose anymore. Ideally I would be 165 with a little more beef on the bones.
