I am still a touch sore because of the race on Saturday, so I wanted to give my legs some work without abusing them too much, so I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. My plan was to take it easy, but I eventually found myself on the max setting for the last 5 minutes. everything feels great and I could have kept pushing, but I backed off just to be safe.
I think I might be climbing something after work tomorrow as long as everything feels ok. |
