I went out for a nice and easy run after the kids were in bed. I ran down to the Highland Hwy and then north for almost a mile and then back home. I really don't like running at night, but the temps were perfect.

I just know that it feels a little harder at night for me. Maybe if I didn't wake up so early huh? Last night did feel really good out. :)

I love working out at night, but I just don't enjoy running in the dark as much. Mornings are soooo hard for me. My Friday lift session always takes me about 20 minutes to get going.
I can't believe you wake up so early every morning, but it does show how hardcore you are.

I actually love running at night, even in the dark. It is not as scary as morning. In the AM there are NO cars and I am afraid I will be kidnapped, at night there are cars everywhere and I do not get scared!
Wait, you are a guy, I am sure none of that worries you.
Good job getting it done.
