Went out for a 4 mile run. I wanted to push and see how fast I could do it, but I didn't want to push too hard, so the first mile I took it easy, but fast. Mile two really picked up and then mile three I was going hard most of the way. I did hit a bit of a wall on the up hill portion of mile 4, but I pushed through it and ended up doing 4 miles in 32 minutes. I felt great, although my right calf was getting sore. I probably didn't stretch enough. |
