I got up early this morning to lift at the gym. I was really tired and sluggish and it was hard to get going. I stayed about 50 minutes and ended up having a decent workout, but I am still trying to recover from waking up at 3:30 AM yesterday.

Thats how I am every morning. Coffee is the only thing that gets me up before the sun shines..haha.

Nancyboy. I was super tired too. Any for some reason I've been a little sore over the last two days. Maybe it was because I haven't carried a pack up a hill that heavy in years.
