I woke up early this morning to lift, and it was tough getting out of bed. I took a Benadryl last night, and it definitely made it harder to find my motor. It seemed like it took at least 30 minutes to shake the cobwebs off. I had a great workout for 40 minutes (upper body/core). I decided that I wasn't going to run, so I can save my legs for tomorrow because Jun and I are planning to climb something and I want to be fresh. As I went upstairs to weigh myself I just couldn't help myself and I ended up on one of the TM's doing a mile (8:30). I'm not quite sure why, but I just couldn't pass it up. I was late or I would have done more.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Scott ~ Thanks for the tips on the exercise ball. I'm going to get it.

Hope you and jun have a GREAT time climbing something tomorrow!

Thanks Smooth, we had an amazing time. Make sure you blow the ball up so it feels really tight. You will think it has enough air in it long before it does. Good luck with it. I hope it works well for you. I really like mine. :)

Missy- I'm still working on my 'two pack' ha. Once I get there I'll post up a pic. I'm sure you have some big plans today, like a 10 mile swim or something. :P Wake up and stretch!

On coffee #3...lol. Finally kicking in!!! I am going to shower and stretch legs for 30 min or so...will do an 8 mile run later on the mill to control pacing..another boring heartrate run. That is it for today..Will prob stretch 2 session. OH, and CORE! I must do this today. Ok, wrote "core" on my hand. Hey at least you have a 2 pack...I have a 1 pack..lolz.

Missy- I wish I had a two pack (working on it). I think I am in the negatives somewhere... like a -2 pack.
