I played 1:30 of full court basketball with guys from work. We are going to start playing every Thursday, and it will be a great way to get some cardio. I forgot my clothes, so I ended up playing in jeans and my trail runners. Other than that it was a great time.

I had a church ball game at 10:00 tonight, but I fell asleep watching the Olympics, so I missed it. I guess the guy with the feathers took the gold in the figure skating. I had a hard time getting back to sleep after I woke up, so I took some benadryl, and had the weirdest dreams ever.

congrats on being able to survive playing basketball...I had to give it up because it was too brutal on my body (also just a good excuse since I'm not that great at it so it takes me about 4 times playing before I start getting warmed up and actually enjoying it)

Yeah, I was lucky (no injuries). I played church ball this year and it seemed like I got a major bruise every time I played, but I just can't help myself because I love playing. These guys play at a pretty slow pace, so it seems pretty safe, but we'll see how it goes.

OMG, I would have fallen asleep too watching the Men's Figure Skating...Except I was on my bike. I did 90 min on my trainer which was entertaining watching the Ladies Halfpipe listening to some Death Metal..lol..But that ended and I had to watch two Men's Skating routines still listening to Death Metal...I was like....um TORTURE...Stop moving like that and do something Hard and Manly! This coming from a Dancer..lol.

Missy- HAHA! Yeah, that skating was pretty bad. It obviously wasn't gripping enough to keep me awake. Death Metal and figure skating? :) Doesn't really go, but I would love to see one of those guys come out in his 'pretty' outfit and skate to a death metal song sometime.

Yeah, had my ipod on..lol..

The first guy on..he was wearing a royal blue Top with silver studs and some black pants...He was so...soft and lyrical..so unexciting. When I Danced, everything I choreographed was dynamic, intense, and explosive....Lyrical makes no sense to my mind or body. I was super frustrated watching him....lol.
