Wife was doing homework, so I hit the TM for 5 miles while watching basketball (9:20 min miles). I was still feeling really good, so I did a 50 minute ab/core workout on my ball while watching the Olympics.

I was thinking about you when I watched Shaun White halfpiping (is there such a word?) to his medal finale. I imagined you and jun doing something like that! SO COOL! NICE TM run!

Smooth, I am very average on the snowboard, however Jun has been known to do some CRAZY stunts on skis. A few years ago he went over a 50+ ft. cliff, and that isn't even the craziest thing I have seen him do.

AB'S of STEEL!!! Scott has a body spray that is named that, he thinks it is funny to spray it on his abs. He claims it is not working.

How are you feeling today?? I am still not better, the drainage down my throat while I run is enough to make me want to hurl!

From Scott Wesemann on Thu, Feb 18, 2010 at 18:07:47 from 66.239.250.209

Kelli- Abs of steel? HAHA. I just wish I had a 'two-pack'. I'm working on it.

I am actually feeling a little better today. My nose is still running, but yesterday was sooooo BAD. It seems better, but it is still hanging on. Yeah, I have been coughing up some ugly stuff, but I'll spare the details.

Seems to be the theme lately, workout and watch the olympics.

50 min ab/core workout!!! Can you tell me what you do? Sharey!

From Scott Wesemann on Tue, Feb 23, 2010 at 12:00:17 from 66.239.250.209

Hey Missy, I just saw this comment. I have been doing a few different things. I was doing everything (crunches on the machine, leg lifts on the pull up bar etc) in the gym but I wasn't happy with the workouts, so I just bought an exercise ball, and it has been amazing. It came with a video that has a lot of basic workouts and I have just picked up 5-6 of them that I really like. I'm feeling a lot more pain, burn and soreness, so it must be working. :)

I still haven't started my core workouts..I think I will just tack like 15 min on the end of my Leg stretching sessions, then I won't feel like I Have to plan another workout session..haha....Maybe if I write Core on my hand..I wrote it on my hand the other day, but well...didn't do it..need to write it super big! :P
