50 minutes at the gym lifting (biceps, triceps, chest, lats). Also did 30 minute core workout while watching TV. I was really tired today, but felt really good at the gym.

Thanks Smooth and Missy. I'm heading to the dentist at 3:00, so hopefully he will have good news for me. I have big plans this week, so he better not mess it up. :) I'm hoping to climb Lone Peak on Saturday, and if I make it my week will be a success.
