View Benchmark with Jun:
Perfect run up VB 'smornin with Jun before work. The temperature was very nice, the wind wasn't bad and we had the trail to ourselves. We had a decent pace all the way up, but we didn't push it too hard. We hit the top in 46:00 and it was pretty awesome up there. Those views don't ever get old.
We had a very good pace most of the way down and just enjoyed the morning on the trails. Jun took a spill on the steep rocky section. There is a large pile of loose rocks on one of the steepest sections and it is nearly impossible not to slide a little there and his legs just went out from under him. Luckily it wasn't serious. My legs felt really good today and my hammy didn't get tight at all. It was near perfect out there today and I'm happy we beat the wind/storm. |
