Ran the Wasatch Crest trail with Jun before work. The sunrise from on top of Scott Hill (aka Puke Hill) was fantastic. I started to get a stitch in my side that bothered me on all of the uphill climbing and then for a few miles on the flat trail, but by time we started heading for the lake it was gone.  Jun was much faster than I was and waited for me until we hit Desolation Lake and then he took off fast for the trailhead. It was a perfect morning.

You are lucky to have an early morning friend to run with!!! I love climbing Puke Hill before the sun rises and then running the Crest. Will you marry me? LOL!!!!

NICE JOB! You and Jun, man alive. Those runs are KILLERS. I am very impressed.

One of these times I'm going to wait in the bushes and then as Scott or Enoch run by I'm going to push them in the lake. Now that would be cool.

But now you have warned them, so there went the element of surprise!

Leslie- Only if your hubby will allow :)

Thanks Kelli. I do love these mountains and it is worth getting up early everytime.

Jun- I’m sure I could conjure up some really good paybacks that could be easily facilitated because I am always running behind you.

Scott, maybe we should strike first!!!
