City Creek Canyon to North Salt Lake on the BST with Craig, MattW and ZacM:

Met the fellas in City Creek early before work for a really fun run. We went west and ran up to the towers that are north of Ensign Peak. It is a fairly steep climb, but we ran most of the way up. At the first set of towers we took the trail down into N. Salt Lake. I have never been on this section before and it was a blast. Incredible views and a park with a nice bathroom at the trunaround.

On the way back up to the tower I felt strong and Craig and I ran every step to the top. The run down was fast and fun. It was a really fun morning and the perfect way to start my day.

I saw no mention of The Dreaded Knee! Good news. Nice bathrooms are always a bonus. :-)

I'd like to go on one these trail runs one these times. I promise not to talk about girl stuff too much.

Neasts- My knee is a touch sore, but not bad at all. I think it is on the mend.

Tara- I just added you on FB. You were easy to find, I just typed your first name into my search bar and you were the first person that popped up. I have some excellent stalker skills. :) Yes, you can definitely join. I will get you added to the Wranglers page on FB and you can get in the loop for some good trail runs. And we are ok with you talking about girl stuff too. :)
