Took a run on the bike path from home to river road then crossed over the bridge and followed the trail to the Bloomington roundabout then back home. (8:52)
Nice jog getting in some miles since the marathon. Your right when you say that the marathon made you stronger. Physically you just did the biggest workout of your life and you can add that to your workout bank. Then mentally you pushed through it and now have the experience to build off for future runs and races.
