Nothing to report exept that the body is healing well. The legs are feeling strong.
I am holding at 153. That puts me at losing 25 pounds during August and September. After my run on Friday I did hit 149 but that doesn't count....lost a lot of sweat on that run. I ws hoping to be at 155 with 150 being the ultimate goal so I hit it in the middle. I cannot believe how much better it feels running without that weight! |
