I did the same run as last night with a similar pace.
A great benifi that I have enjoyed with running the past two months is weight lose. I started out at 178 and weighed in yesterday at 154. 24 pounds! Of course that was right after a run but none the less the weight is coming off and I feel great. I hope to stabilize at 150-155 for the marathon. I just picture myself running with a 25 pound bag of sugar down the road and then dropping it and sprinting to the finish...LOL |
