FAST!!!! Hey, I went to Smiths and all off the Laffy Taffy was gone. Did you buy it all? If so, I am coming over.

Are you out there?

I am back. We went to San Diego and Los Angelos for a week with the family. The boys had a blast. I did do a 10k race in Riverside last Sunday that I will report on shortly. I didn't run as much on vacation as I had hoped to (Disney Land took more out of me than I expected), but i'm ready to get it rolling again come Monday.

Welcome back!! How was the weather? We are headed there in two weeks, I am so excited! I plan to not run the entire time I am there, for real.

How old are your kids? Did they LOVE it?

Looking forward to the race report.

I am an idiot, just as I hit the "post comment" button I saw the ages of your kids. DA! Perfect age for fun in California.

We really had great weather the entire time. The mornings started off cloudy and gray but burned off by noon for some nice sunshine which got hot but not terribly hot. I think carting my nearly four-year-old (Alex) on my shoulders for the good part of three days took the running desire out of me in the morning. My six-year-old (Steffin) is in love with Sea World but enjoyed the Zoo and Disney Land as well.
