Was feeling good today. Hovered around 7:40 for the first 8 miles, then decided to push myself. I started to work when I hit the steep hill on Dikes, even though that mile was slow at 8:11. It's a good hill. The next 3 averaged a bit below 7:10.
I talked to Coach today! The great thing about Coach is that whenever you talk to him he's always super motivating. Got me really excited for track, we talked about goals and even though the times he thinks I can hit seem crazy to me I'm excited to see if I can! I love track so much, and it's just around the corner!
