Thought the group was going out to the oval, I didn't have time so I ran on my own. Turns out they didn't end up going but it's whatevs. I ran to sugarhouse, did a lap, then did cemetery run, another lap in sugarhouse, and back home. 8:02 average. I had switched shoes to give my heels time to heal, but they aggravated my ankle.
