Warmups, form mile. Today was a 60%, we ran past bicent again. Didn't have my Garmin so idk what my average pace was, but I think it was slower than earlier this week. I just wasn't focused enough and ran really relaxed, like I was pushing but not as hard as I know I should've. I need to work on being focused.
On the way back going past the crosswalk by the PE building I hit the metal plate on the sidewalk with my toe and fell into the gutter (cedar has deep gutters). Got pretty scraped up and toe hurts, hit my hip bone pretty hard too but its feeling a bit better now.
