Started out the run and was still full from lunch but figured in a couple miles I'd be fine. It threatened to come up for about 5 miles but after that I was okay! I didn't care about pace and didn't look at it until 10 miles in, it was 8:03 average at that point I believe, and I felt pretty good! I decided I'd go a couple miles further. Legs didn't start to hurt until mile 11. So I'm in better shape than I thought :) it's just been so long since I've done more than 10 miles. 8:01 average.
