Cemetery run. Started slow and then settled into 7:30s and 7:40s, about 6 miles in I started to fall off the group even though we weren't going that fast. I tried to catch up for about another mile but wasn't making any progress. Last mile just gave up and backed off to 8:00 pace. I need to get my strength back. Ever since I hurt my knee I haven't felt as strong or in shape. I hope as I start climbing in mileage I will get it all back.
