Cemetery run. I gotta get back into the swing of things. First 2 miles were fine then I fell off the group and slowed down a lot. I think I am dehydrated. I haven't had as much to drink, especially while I was at my cabin. Felt terrible, almost like trying to get back into shape, except I can't have lost that much fitness. I ran last week, even if it was for only 3 miles or so. Maybe I just need a couple of days to get back into the routine. Good news is my knee hasn't bothered me at all since last week.
