AM: Didn't get the chance to run yesterday, I was going to push yesterday's workout to Friday but after an easy 7:45 first mile I decided to turn it into the tempo. I did 2 more miles at 7:02 and 6:55, making the three mile 7:14 average. Goal was 7:15 pace so yay! Then cooled down to 6.5.
PM: 2 laps = 4.5 miles.
