Today was at Liberty, we did a wood chip lap warmup and then went to the mile mark and did 3 800s. I hit 2:43, 2:54, 2:45. Ran back to the mile mark for recovery. Then did cool down around the park. It's been a long time since we've done any speed work, so I guess it was okay. Knee felt fine, started to hurt a bit on the cool down but I rolled out. I actually found that rolling on the inner side of my thigh helps more than IT band, but I still roll my IT. There's a spot just above my knee on the inner side that feels like there's a knot.
