Got in 3 miles warmup plus strides and drills. I started fast with a 33 first lap and was in good position but felt good so I kept it going. I battled in the middle and faded towards the end. Overall happy with it because it's Prelims. I learned what I needed to and know what I need to work on and will give my all in finals. Did 1.5 cool down before heading back home. |
