Madly in love with Sasha. We have been married since 1996 and have been blessed with seven of the most adorable and talented children : Benjamin, Jennifer, Julia, and Joseph, Jacob, William and Stephen.

| My foot felt better today. I didn't feel as fresh though as I usually do on Mondays. I ran most of the way at a pretty good pace..one leg was a little bit sore but at least my foot wasn't hurting anymore. Yay! I'm looking forward to see how long I can keep this up for.
