So just remember this existed and decided to post just for kicks. I impulsively signed up for a 5k next week and haven't run consistently in years so we'll see how that goes (probably not well). Also I've decided I have to get back in running shape so the middle schoolers that I coach stay humble. Stay tuned.

2.5 miles with my sister today around the Basin. It felt good and was fun to run some old routes from high school!
