85 mins w/ 5x1 pickups// wow wow wow that was a great run !! Some parts were hard but it actually went by super fast, that's the longest run besides the half marathon so that's good !!! I'm also glad that jacey is back !!
Am- 60 through desert// "hilly run " oh boy the there were a couple big hills but jacey,ellie and me pushed together and it wasn't so hard. Brianna and Maycee kept with us almost the entire run and it was good to have them !!
Am- 26 min tempo// started off the morning with a visualization led by Colton which was good !! Then we head up to the dirt mile and our warm up was pretty fast ahah so pyper did her tempo with us as we warmed up :) the first 7ish mins weren't too hard but then I could feel my legs getting tired. I just kept pushing. Both coach holt and coach Roberts did it w/us and I rlly think that helped a lot. The last 5 mins were especially hard for me to believe in myself but the girls rlly helped me push and I am so grateful for them. I'm glad we could do that hard workout w/each other !!! :) missing my other half Caroline Kelly :(
Am- we had a pretty big group of girls for the first 15 mins then lots of them flipped so it was just Roberts,me,ellie and addi my legs were a little sore from weights and the tempo yesterday. We had a nice hard finish
Am- ran w/ pyper for 40 minutes and we just ran all over the place haha then I went 10 more minutes, my legs were a little tired today but once we got into the run they wernt as bad
