am- nice easy run
pm- 1x1200 & 4x1000 3-4 mins recovery, current 3200 pace. me and jacey did them together because we have the closest 3200 times by eachother. We did 1 1200 and we were like 7 seconds off, so the rest we did 1000. We hit our times on each one. the last one i wasnt really feeling it.. i fell off jacey but for the most part the workout was great!
