TM workout. I did 2 miles Warmup the did some hill intervals. I kept the pace the same throughout the workout just adjusting the incline 5,6, 7% at one min each with 2 min recovery at 1.5% in between. Then repeated at 6,7,8 recovery, 7,8,9 recovery, 8,9,10 recovery, 10,9,8 recovery, 9,8,7 recovery 8,7,6 recovery, 7,6,5 cooldown. |
