AM-  Met up with Greg at CV track for a 6X1600m workout with 800m jog in between.  I was a little worried about being able to finish this workout hitting respectable times.

1 5:43

2 5:32(my fault, i set the pace on this one)a little faster than we wanted this early

3 5:34

4 5:25(greg was right on my tail pushing me)

5 5:29 starting to feel my legs are getting tired

6 5:28(It was my turn to lead off but greg wanted to hit 5:20 or better so i told him he better lead out cause i didn't have one of those in me.  I hit the first lap in 1:20 and the half in 2:45 and then just tried to push hard to the end.  Overall a great workout and it was definitely easier and more productive to run with Greg. Thanks Greg.

Nice speed work. I wish I lived next to a few of you guys. I've never lived anywhere where I could train with anyone.
