25 minutes weights, worked chest and did 60 weighted sit-ups.
Big workout this morning. 3 x 2mi at 10k pace.
I warmed up for 10 minutes (1.2mi) @ 8:34 pace and then switched treadmills and went straight into the workout.
First set: 13:55 (6:58 pace) - I eased into this one and felt really, really good.

Second set: 13:42 (6:54 pace) - felt good but dropped the treadmill down to 0% for the last .25 mile to aid the increased speed.

Last set: 13:32 (6:48 pace) - felt good and again dropped the treadmill incline down to 0% for the last .85 of the second mile and bumped up the speed a notch each .2 miles eventually finishing at 6:19 pace.
Total time: 69:30/7:28 pace
